Getting Started
Roadmap
The fundamental question is whether you are interested in sailboat
racing. You may be interested for several reasons: just want
to race, want it as a sport in which the whole family can compete
as a team, way to become a better sailor, or a social activity.
In any event, if you are interested, below is a roadmap grid
designed to help you get involved in the sport. Select a path
based on your starting knowledge and interest.
If you are not interested in racing, we also have a
few suggestions about getting started.
