Constitution and Bylaws
The club's Constitution and Bylaws had gotten quite obsolete;
the board spent July through October 2001 revising them. The
revised Consitution, below, is awaiting membership approval (on
11/17). The board has just (11/5/2001) approved significantly changed
Bylaws, changing Articles I - VII and adding Articles IX - XIII,
all of which are below.
- Summary - E-mail sent to
all members on 11/6/2001 introducing the idea of making these
changes to the documents, and summarizing the few operational
changes for the club they entail.

Revisions are marked; not much changed.
- Bylaws I - VIII revisions
marked Prior to 11/5/2001, the Bylaws only ran through Article
VIII. This version gives those prior Bylaws, with all the deletions
and additions of 11/5/2001 shown in Italics

New: club's strategy and tactics to implement it

XI New: Organization Structure and staffing. Basic concepts
of the organization chosen to implement the strategy and tactics
